If you are currently unable to reach framecaplib.com, it is because the DNS name server for the site changed on Friday. That means some routes will be unable to reach it until the change propagates around the net, which can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
The site itself is up and running. If you want to be sneaky, you can define its location on your own computer, so that you can access it even if your ISP hasn't picked up the new DNS info yet. You need to edit your local hosts file; on Windows XP you can find it at:
Open that file in an editor (Notepad is fine) and add the following two lines to the end of the file:
Save the file and restart your browser. It should be able to reach the site, since it can now read the location from your own PC.
If you're running Vista or are on a Mac, I don't know where the hosts file is located for those. They'll have one somewhere, though, so check the help files for instructions on how to modify it.
I'm hoping that most routes will be able to find the site again by sometime on Sunday (48 hours seems to be a common period for these changes to take effect), but there are no guarantees. If you don't want to mess with your local hosts file, just be patient; your ISP will pick up the new DNS info eventually.
